◆将组合好后的取样器插入到待取样的液体中，达到需要的深度

◆将取样器内杆向上拉（若想取一个点的 样品，将取样器插入到想取样的点后，拉内杆；若想取由上到下一条线上的样品，则需将取样器内杆保持拉开状态，并缓慢插入液体中，让取样器在插入液体的过程中，相应部位的液体进入取样器）
